Lifelong change is only possible through the daily practice of renewing your mind. Used in conjunction with the Conquer Series and study guides, this study will serve as a guide: providing a daily devotional, awareness tools, and practical application needed to begin your healing journey.
What does your 10 Week Commitment look like?
A 40-50 minute teaching session which includes:
- A deep-dive into the factors that contribute to unwanted sexual behaviors
- Interviews with experts in the field of sexual health
- Testimonies of those transformed through a safe, grace-filled process
- Practical tools and strategies that lead to lasting health
A companion workbook which:
- Follows along with each session
- Leads you through reflection questions
- Includes weekly exercises (This workbook will become your guide.)
- Discover what true freedom from unwanted sexual behaviors and betrayal looks
like. - Uncover how shame and grace affect the healing process.
- Learn how to process addiction and betrayal trauma.
The process and resources for CONQUER
- You will meet weekly in a small group community for 10 weeks.
- There will also be a daily workbook which you will spend 30 minutes daily.
